We have always taken pride in our studios’ cleanliness and always prioritize the health of our running community. Below is an update on what to expect when you visit our studios.

Open Gym:

+ Mi casa es su casa. We are now open at Noho for runners to book a One Hour Pass - this gives you full access to our space, selectable treads, and facilities.

+ A complimentary preselected audio-guided run will be available for use in the studio with every One Hour Pass purchased. Please remember to bring (and wear) your headphones!

+ For access to our full On-Demand library, you can purchase a subscription at ondemand.milehighrunclub.com

+ Just like at a big-box gym, the One Hour Pass allows you to follow your own training plan. Wanna catch up on the news while walking? Do it. Just too cold outside and want to warm up? Totally understand. Wanna show off how you've been crushing quarantine? Hell yes.

Our Elevated Deep Cleaning Process:

+ We use an EPA-registered disinfectant approved for use against COVID-19.

+ Extended time between bookable windows allows time for plenty of cleaning.

+ All HVAC systems were chemically cleaned, and new MERV13 filters have been installed.

+ In addition to the hourly treadmill studio deep cleaning, we will regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, lockers, water fountain, refrigerator door, etc.).

+ We will continue to disinfect all bathrooms, sinks, toilets, and locker rooms.

+ Showers will not be available - please plan accordingly.

+ All MHRC Housekeeping Staff will be wearing face masks and gloves at all times. After disinfecting and cleaning, the staff will wash their hands and change into fresh gloves.

Here are the changes we have made to keep our runners and staff safe:

Operational Changes

+ We have moved all communal high-touch items behind the front desk (hair ties, tampons, q-tips, etc.). They are still available upon request!

+ We have blocked off treadmills to meet NYC’s social distance guidelines.

+ Retail items are available for purchase, but you will not be permitted to try on things. Returns are allowed- provided tags are still attached, and the item(s) is in the same condition in which you bought it.

+ Changing rooms are now limited to 2-4 people depending on the studio. Please follow all posted signage.

New MHRC Staff Guidelines

+ All staff members must provide a negative COVID test prior to returning to work and will have their temperature checked before their shift. When necessary, we will follow our elevated temperature protocol.

+ Protective Plexi guard is in place to protect our front desk staff

+ Masks and gloves are required for all staff and are available for runners to purchase upon request

We’ve made many changes to ensure everyone’s safety. Please do your part too.

Before You Arrive

+ All runners will be required to sign our updated waiver before booking access to Mile High Run Club.

+ Choose your tread in advance with our new app!

+ You can pre-purchase water in our new app.

+ Stay home if you feel ill and are experiencing any symptoms.

+ Don’t forget to pack a mask -- no face glove, no love.

+ Check in on our new app (up to 30 minutes before your reserved time)

Upon Arrival

+ Bring headphones and wear a mask - masks are required to be worn at all times

+ We will take your temperature before check-in. Anyone with a temperature above 99.9°F will not be allowed access.

+ You must complete and pass the State-mandated COVID survey.

+ Sanitize your hands using our touchless hand sanitizer upon entry.

+ If you must speak to our front desk staff, line up 6 feet apart following floor tape guidelines (but remember, our new digital check-in gives you the contactless ability to choose your tread, check-in, and buy water),

+ Wipe down refrigerator door handle after use for your fellow runners.

+ Self-police and limit yourselves to 4 runners per locker room at a time.

+ Lockers are accessible to all runners - please follow locker guidelines posted in-studio.

+ Feel free to use the sanitizing wipes provided in the studio for your treads.

If there is a reported case of COVID-19 in a studio, and you were potentially in the individual’s proximity, we will notify you immediately. From there, we’ll disinfect the studio from top to bottom, following all city and state guidelines. New York State's COVID Alert NY app is a free and useful tool to track COVID spread and alert you and others if you come into extended contact with anyone with a positive test.
