We are proud to offer our signature 10-week training program for the Popular Brooklyn Half 2018. Coach John will customize the program to fit your specific needs or goals regardless of your previous running or racing experience.
Dates of the program
*3/12 - 5/19
*Weekly schedule on Mondays & Thursdays starts 3/12
Mondays: indoor class at Mile High of your choice, although John will provide suggestions
Thursdays: outdoor group run with Coach Yusuf meets at 7pm at Mile High Noho
