Virtual Class Troubleshooting and FAQ

To make your virtual class experience more seamless, be sure to download ZOOM before class here. Class times are EST (UTC/GMT -5) so be sure to tune in on time. If you're having trouble finding the link, review the troubleshooting guide below and check your spam folder.

Q: When will I receive my link?

A: Direct bookings through MindBodyOnline, milehighrunclub.com, or the Mile High App will receive an email with your class link 20-30 minutes before class. Third party bookings will receive an email within and hour of class starting.

Q: I still haven't gotten it and class starts soon!

A: Check your spam folder and the email address with which you booked your class. If you still can't find it, email memberservices@milehighrunclub.com and we'll get you a link to use within 24 hours.

Q: Something came up and I have to miss my class/I just missed my class!

A: Don't stress! We record all of our virtual classes so just reach out to memberservices@milehighrunclub.com within 24 hours and we'll send you a link to the class!

Q: How do I access MHRC Virtual Classes?

A: We're streaming now on Zoom! You can view our schedule here for all upcoming virtual classes. You can purchase virtual classes here. Once you've signed up for a class, you'll be emailed a Zoom link prior to the start of the class. Class booking window closes 5 minutes before class starts.

Q: Can I use in-studio credits towards virtual classes?

A: Yes! However, you will not receive the difference in price if you use individual indoor classes for virtual classes. You can purchase virtual classes here.

Q: Can I use my Unlimited Membership for virtual classes?

A: Yes - providing the membership is still ACTIVE. As of March 9, most memberships have been temporarily frozen unless members ask them to stay active.

Q: Do virtual class credits expire?

A: Yes. Virtual class credits expire 90 days after purchase.

Q: What's the cancellation policy for virtual classes?

A: Cancel any time you'd like prior to 5 minutes before class starting. Once the booking window has closed, your spot is locked in. Note: if you cancel after receiving the link to your class, that link will no longer be active.

Q: I registered via Classpass or Gympass but had to cancel. How do I get my credit back?

A: If you booked through a third-party platform like Classpass or Gympass, please reach out to them directly with regards to accounts, credits, etc. Sadly we are unable to assist with these matters.

Q: I'm a healthcare professional and I want to redeem my complimentary unlimited virtual membership.

A: First off - thank you for your service! Second - email memberservices@milehighrunclub.com and we'll get you set up.

Terms and Conditions for Virtual Classes

  • Ownership of all Mile High Run Club methods presented by the Coach during the training will remain with Mile High Run Club. The recording and distributing of classes presented is forbidden.
  • By joining our Mile High Run Club classes you declare that you are in good shape, and understand the nature of MHRC activity. You fully accept and assume all responsibility for injury or damage that may result from your participation in the class. You release and hold harmless Mile High Run Club, its employees and teachers, other participants with respect to any or all injury or damages arising from the activity to the fullest extent permitted by law.
