I'm trying to find Mile High's studio page or schedule...?

No stress. Simply hit the link here to visit our main site for our outdoor and in-studio schedule, events, and programs.

Can I use my Mile High studio credits or ClassPass for On Demand access?

At this time, Mile High Run Club credits can't be used for subscriptions. To access MHRC's On Demand content, you must subscribe here. ClassPass users can subscribe through the CP portal.

Can I do these runs on the treadmill?

Sure can. Some treadmill-only workouts will be noted as such because they include the use of incline.

Do I need to download an App for this?

To get the most out of Mile High On Demand we highly recommend downloading the app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Account information can be accessed within the app or by following this link.

Purchasing a Subscription

Subscribing to Mile High On Demand gives you unlimited 24/7 streaming access to our runs included on the App and all future content through the lifetime of your subscription. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew on the date of original purchase.

Do you offer a Free Trial?

Yes. Signing up for any subscription gives you a 14 day free trial before being charged. Once the free trial expires, you’ll automatically be billed monthly (or yearly) at the subscription price set when your trial started. Please note, there are no refunds for charges incurred on any subscription plan. To avoid being charged after starting a trial, please cancel the trial before expiration.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT FAQ

How do I reset my password?

Happens all the time - just click the link here and enter the email associated with your account. You’ll be sent password reset instructions.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

How do I update my billing information?

Sign into your account, select My Activity from app nav bar, select More, and update your billing information. Select Manage Account and update your billing information or simply click here.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking Manage Account in your browser. Click here for easy access.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you are on a monthly recurring subscription you may cancel at any time and will not be charged for further months - however it’s recommended to cancel at minimum 24 hours before your next billing cycle. If you are on a yearly subscription you may cancel at any time but will not be refunded for the remaining period of your subscription. No further charges will be made once you cancel your subscription.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

Can I purchase a gift card or subscription for someone else?

Yes! Currently there is no customer-facing option, but if you’re interested in a gift card or gifted subscription, email memberservices@milehighrunclub.com.

PLAYBACK FAQ

How do I listen to music while doing a run?

With the new Mile High On Demand app, you’ll have access to coach-curated playlists to enjoy while running. These playlists are accessible through Spotify. We recommend downloading the Spotify app (iOS, Android) and logging in prior to running with Mile High On Demand. Once you’ve selected a run, simply click the green “START PLAYLIST” button and start playing within the Spotify app before returning to Mile High On Demand.

Users also have the option to play their own music, podcast, or have no music. Just be sure to start your music prior to starting the workout on Mile High On Demand.

I don’t have/want Spotify. Can I play my own music?

Totally! You can connect to Apple Music, Google Play Music and many other music apps alongside Mile High On Demand. *Open and play your selected music prior to starting your run on Mile High On Demand.

How do I create a FAVORITES list?

To add a video to your Liked Runs list, click on the little ‘heart’ that appears under the video. To delete a video from your Favorites list play the video and click the ‘heart’ again. It will then be removed from your list. Save these runs and come back to them to see how much you’ve improved!

Can I download a run?

Users can download runs (coach-only) through the browser on desktop only. The Mile High On Demand app does not allow downloading. Note that if a run is downloaded, it must be transferred to your device and may not be compatible with playback alongside music.
