All of our classes combine high-intensity intervals— including speed play and hill work— with active recovery periods for a more efficient workout. Our classes are designed to maximize the time you spend with us so that you can get the most out of your workouts, achieve your goals more quickly, and leave feeling proud of what you accomplished.
Foundational program for runners with 30 minutes of HIIT intervals on the tread followed by 15 minutes of running-focused strength and kettlebell training.
Our shortest running-only class designed for maximum benefits in a shorter format of high-intensity based intervals. We'll be playing with speed and/or hills with active recovery intervals in between.
Running-only, interval-based class consisting of HIIT work on the tread. This class will include speed play and/or hills with active recovery periods in the mix.
Running-only, interval-based class incorporating longer intervals with tempo and/or hills on the treadmill.
