Our classes

All of our classes combine high-intensity intervals— including speed play and hill work— with active recovery periods for a more efficient workout. Our classes are designed to maximize the time you spend with us so that you can get the most out of your workouts, achieve your goals more quickly, and leave feeling proud of what you accomplished.

High 45

Our signature run class combines endurance and speed in 45 minutes of structured, high-energy intervals—guided entirely by your rate of perceived exertion (RPE). Whether you're training for a personal best or just showing up for the sweat, this effort-based approach lets you tune in, push your limits, and leave on a high. Expect a challenge, a community vibe, and that unbeatable runner’s high.

Dirty 30

Quick and dirty.  Get the same intensity as our full-length classes, in just 30 minutes. This interval-based run pushes your speed, endurance, and power - helping you become a stronger runner, even when you’re short on time.

NEW

Incline

Go alllllll the way up. This 45 minute class uses a mix of walking paces, inclines and weighted vests to work your cardiovascular system without the impact of running.

Distance

Here for the long run? If 45 minutes just isn’t enough, go the distance in our 60 minute running interval class. More time to build endurance, improve pacing, and get more out of your training.
